The practice of (self-)awareness as a resource for systemic work and facilitating constellations

In this workshop we will do practical exercises on (self-)awareness from different - both western and eastern - traditions of body work and will combine it with mindfulness work.

We will explore how this practice supports our work as questioners, facilitators, representatives and witnesses of consultative and therapeutic processes and how it affects the quality of the "systemic adventure".
