Many people are already aware of how hidden family dynamics and trauma can influence people in their daily life. It is no different with organizational systems. An organization can be considered a ‘living being’ with it’s own dynamics that influence the people that work in it.
System dynamics in organizations play an important role in the undercurrent and influence the patterns, vitality and flow in organizations.

Sometimes these patterns and dynamics give wings and also they can be a hindrance in all kinds of situations. For example, when there is resistance or fear for change in the organization. Sometimes people seem unable or unwilling to keep pace with changes in the team or organization. Therefor in order to bring change, you need to understand the organization from systemic perspective. You need to be able to take a deep dive into the undercurrent.
