System Dynamics in Organizations
During the training program you will be offered the basic theory and techniques enabling you to facilitate constellations. However, more than half of the time will be spent in practical work, in small groups or in larger groups with supervision of one of the trainers or assistants. Constellation work, for a minor part, consists of technique, and for a larger part of perception and inner attitude. We will support participants during the program to find out what their preferred style is and to develop a style of their own.
After this training:
- You are aware of your inner attitude;
- You have basic knowledge about the theory and techniques;
- You are able to facilitate constellations;
- You are able to explore ethical issues and attitudes for organizational constellations.
During the training program (3 modules of 5 days) you will be offered the basic theory and experience, enabling you to approach organizational issues in a systemic way. Each module has an educational focus. An important part of the training focuses on the attitude of the facilitator towards organizations. Exercises in the form of mini-constellations will give you insights about your own position in the system and the response of the client-system at your inner attitude as a professional.
For whom? The course is aimed at people who professionally deal with the functioning of systems in organizations: managers, internal en external advisors, trainers, social workers and others who are interested in developments in organizations.
We strongly recommend that in between the modules participants practice in peer groups as well, especially the given exercises and mini-constellations for your own development as a facilitator. There will be time during the modules for the questions from the peer groups.
