Systemic Focus for Freelancers
In the systemic field we often differentiate Organizational Dynamics from Family Dynamics. But what if you are a freelancer or self-employed and working for various organizations? It could be that you are involved in even more systems than being an employee in an organization. As a freelancer, or external professional, how does it work within the principle of ‘belonging’? Do you belong temporarily? And what about your systemic function? What are you for your assignment giver, which systemic function do you fulfill?
Or, why does it often happen that you end up in places where others would say no?
What are we going to do?
A lot. These two days are full in focus of you, your product or service, your leading principles, your potential. A systemic perspective on your work systems and your family system. We will explore the best position for you to be as external professional. You will make contact with your full potential, we will explore the four movements of life, dance around the principle of order and you can test your products/services to the market in a constellation.
After these days:
- You will have more insight in your own patterns
- Your professional compass will be more clear
- You will have more awareness about your position
- You will have more information about your product and your clients
- You have felt your full potential
- You have gained more systemic awareness
This is an online seminar. You will practice a lot with other participants and some exercises are in your own living room or office, on the floor/your desk. It is good to know that we will not go into the full systemic theory, but we will take you through an introduction on systemic work. We will touch on personal issues, as well focus on the professional field.
We work with the platform Zoom. Two days in advance you will receive a Zoomlink and some practical information.
For every freelancer. For everyone who is interested in getting his professional compass to be more clear and focused. Systemic experience is not needed, anyone is welcome.
Dates and time:
17 & 18 December 2021
We will work both days from 1 pm – 3 pm, then have a break and will continue from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm. Scheduled times are in CET.
