Horses have a natural ability to be in the here and now and in the “we”. They continuously invite us to be present and to be part of the whole.

 During this workshop, as systemic facilitators, we will experience how their natural behaviors, movements and invitations can be a source for our facilitator- and interventionship.

 The loving and ruthless actions and reactions of horses provide an "on the spot" impuls for our interventionism. The being of the "We" in the herd gives us lessons about inclusiveness and holding space for yourself and others.

 Under the guidance of the horses and Marion Latour & Jochen Beyer we will engage with practical exercises and “in the immediacy of the here and now” our facillitatorship and interventionism further.

You do not need any experience with horses to participate in the workshop.

 The workshop will take place in an indoor location in Doorn. Please make sure you have suitable clothing for working with the horses. The location is covered, but dress warmly and preferably wear boots.
