Systemic Intelligence at Transformation
On a regular basis we are being asked not only to do constellations in organizations, but also to guide entire change and/or transformation processes from a systemic perspective. Sometimes it is about a team, sometimes a department or about an organization as a whole. And very often, it is ‘in’ systemic work that organizations find the language and instrument to help them further in their development.
Supervising transformation processes from a systemic perspective requires something other than being a good facilitator. It requires skills and a state of being in which you use yourself as an instrument in order to magnify systemic awareness and transformation.
There is a lot of knowledge and methodology about change processes from A to B. But for transformation processes where B is ‘not visible’, there are too few. Actively deploying transformation "We want to/must transform" requires an incredibly much from an organization.
In the first instance, this course provides you with the ability to guide transformation processes, mainly from a systemic perspective. You learn from a systemic attitude, how to clarify expectations on assignments, how to design processes and to implement and guide them as a leader, (interim) manager, consultant or team coach.
This training is for everyone who deals with change processes at companies and organizations, for example: change experts, (interim) managers, management consultants, consultants, team coaches, etc.
What can you do after completing the course:
- You know what the 14 systemic principles are in transformation processes
- You can sense the transformation movement, so that you can use yourself as an instrument for this process
- You are able to guide teams and organizations in development, transition, transformation and potential disclosure from a systemic perspective
- You have a (systemic) language and conceptual framework, which you can pass on to organizations and teams, so that they themselves can continue in their development process
The training consists of four modules of four days each. During these days we work with constellations, individual assignments, horse coaching and small work forms. We increase your intervention tools, discuss various forms of constellations, and the central question is: "Who am I as a supervisor?”.
To participate in this training, it is important that you have completed a training in organizational constellations, and that you are familiar with the systemic basic principles. In addition, we assume that you already have sufficient experience in facilitating teams or change processes in organizations. Finally, it is a requirement that you supervise one or more projects during the training, so that you can practice case studies and assignments in practice.
