System Dynamics in Organizations: an online introduction
You might have heard about systemic work and you would like to know more about it. Or, have you ever wondered why issues in organizations ‘are the way they are’? Or you might be curious for finding a new perspective, a wider view, on daily organizational problems. And at last, it could also be that Family Systems are known to you and you’d like to know more about Organizational Systems.
This systemic playground is open for everyone who’s interested in system dynamics in organizations.
What to expect?
In this introduction we take you through some basic theory. We dive into patterns and of course you’ll be practicing in small groups. We’ll touch on, what we call, ‘leading principles’. And last but not least, you’ll be surprised about your own systemic intelligence, which is already in you, we just have to get it to the surface.
What not to expect?
We won’t cover the method of constellations. If you’re interested in constellations, you’re more than welcome to have a look on our website for the international courses.
This online seminar is for everybody who likes to know more about organizational systems. Whether you are a business owner, employee, consultant, self-employed, a coach or just very curious; anyone can join.
