The foundation of systemic phenomenological work

COVID-19

Our corona policy

We follow the government guidelines. This means that we follow the basic rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In short: wash your hands often and thoroughly, stay home when experiencing symptoms, and get tested when in doubt. At our locations, we provide adequate ventilation, both by air ventilation (where possible) and by opening windows (bring an extra cardigan or scarf just in case).

At our own or privately rented locations, we are not required to ask for a COVID-19 certificate, but we do ask everyone to take a self-test upon arrival at the location. This test is provided by the Bert Hellinger Institute. Our staff and supervisors also take self-tests daily.

We can well imagine that our participants all have different needs, also in terms of social distancing and the use of face masks. We will consult with all the participants at the start of the activity what their needs are, assuming that everyone’s wishes can be heard. We ask all participants to cooperate with the wishes of those for whom it is important to keep their distance and/or wear a face mask.

About the Bert Hellinger Institute

People are constantly evolving. With each other, without each other. In families, in teams, in organizations. Systemic thinking makes us aware of the “why” of our being and doing. Organizational and family constellations create room for movement. The BHI provides courses, workshops and training programs in the field of systemic work, constellations, leadership and coaching. This is how we contribute to the development of people, organizations and society.

For up-and-coming and established leaders. An initiative of the Bert Hellinger Institute.
