The foundation of systemic phenomenological work

The Alchemy of Conflict

Lucia Petroni

During rapidly changing times our inner or outer systems may get in conflict, collapse, simply enter in dissonance, experience fear feeling stuck.

Conflict is not only a fight or a struggle but simply an old language not able to understand a new one, modalities equally important but not equally integrated.

No matter the nature of conflict any facilitator may personally or professionally, directly or indirectly, encounter such disharmony.

Through a guided meditation in motion, moving the body at the rhythm of our own struggles we will go through the journey from conflict to reconciliation.
The music playing throughout the meditation has been exclusively chosen for my work and sessions. Played at 432 Htz, this piano music connects to the language and the movements up to our cells, activating a deep consciousness process.

It comes thanks to a project “Biology Experience” an encounter of epigenetic and systemic constellation that I created with the author musician and biologist Emiliano Toso.

About the Bert Hellinger Institute

People are constantly evolving. With each other, without each other. In families, in teams, in organizations. Systemic thinking makes us aware of the “why” of our being and doing. Organizational and family constellations create room for movement. The BHI provides courses, workshops and training programs in the field of systemic work, constellations, leadership and coaching. This is how we contribute to the development of people, organizations and society.

For up-and-coming and established leaders. An initiative of the Bert Hellinger Institute.
