The foundation of systemic phenomenological work

Timeless in the ice

Dave Doornbos

Join this workshop at Timeless in the WE!

Dave Doornbos will facilitate two workshops about the Wim Hof method. This method is a way to easily and quickly come into direct contact with the body. During the (breathing) exercises you also come into a deeper form of consciousness. The concentration, breathing and physical techniques are discussed. By working on these techniques yourself, you can learn to make better contact with the nervous system, influence your immune system, achieve better blood circulation and improve your concentration and focus. In short: you can get much more out of your body than you actually thought.

About Dave: Dave has been working with the Wim Hof Method for more than 3 years and is a licensed instructor.

He regularly organizes trips where cold is central. For example, he organized the first group trip to Kilimanjaro for Wim Hof, where a group of 26 people reached the top in 48 hours. He is also chairman of the ice4life foundation, which raises money through high-profile and ice-cold events to bridge the gap between alternative and regular medicine.

About the Bert Hellinger Institute

People are constantly evolving. With each other, without each other. In families, in teams, in organizations. Systemic thinking makes us aware of the “why” of our being and doing. Organizational and family constellations create room for movement. The BHI provides courses, workshops and training programs in the field of systemic work, constellations, leadership and coaching. This is how we contribute to the development of people, organizations and society.

For up-and-coming and established leaders. An initiative of the Bert Hellinger Institute.
