WorkshopA Systemic View On You
The online workshop A Systemic View On You is about your patterns, your position, your behavior, your potential. But also about the choices you made and didn’t make.
About what you, possibly and unconsciously, have left behind in previous relations or organizations. About your family system and other social systems you belong to. And last but not least; feeling safe. A basic need for every human being.
More than ever we have to face uncertainty, which is directly influencing our feeling of safety. These days, this topic is part of our daily matter. Which resources do you have, in order to feel safe? And which resources are needed for the future? In this workshop we’re going to look at these themes from a phenomenological, systemic point of view.
For whom?
For everybody who’s interested in personal systemic movements. You don’t need any experience in systemic work, everyone can join.
Goal of the training
This workshop will focus on the following topics:
- Patterns
- Systemic ‘derition of property’, or a so called ‘systemic divorce’
- Emerging past & Emerging Future
- Feeling safe
Program
An online, interactive seminar, full of exercises and theory about you in your system. We use table constellations, guided meditations, exercises in small groups and individual exercises.
Meetings during Covid-19 pandemic
The Bert Hellinger Institute is doing everything it can to follow government guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as best as possible. We always work as much as possible in accordance with the latest known guidelines and possibilities. When Covid regulations do not allow to have this presential training, we will cancel it. If we are allowed to do the training, but you are not allowed to travel, we will refund you.
Practical information
We will use the platform Zoom. Three days before our seminar you’ll receive your instructions about Zoom and the functions we might use during the seminar. Three hours before the start you’ll receive your Zoom invitation and your password.
Our language will be English.
