CourseAn Introduction to Systemic Coaching in Organizations
The course Systemic Coaching in Organizations teaches you how to approach an organizational problem from a systemic point of view.
For whom?
This introduction training is for coaches, consultants, managers, and facilitators who want to deepen their (systemic) coaching skills and for everyone who is interested in Organizational Development. No previous experience of systemic work is needed.
If you have previously attended an introduction, then about half of the training will be revision and half of it will be new and different.
Purpose of the training
The training will be a practical, interactive introduction to systems and how they work; how the three systemic mechanisms interact, counteract and how they push forward. How patterns can arise and what to do or not to do.
There are a multiple ways to approach an organizational problem or an individual issue related to an organization. A systemic point of view is about zooming out. About the parts ánd the whole. Within Coaching issues are typically solved by focusing on the parts but Systemic work asks, ‘Why are the things the way they are? This behavior, this resistance (colleague or a whole team), to what or who is it a solution for? Should we do interventions with the whole, or with the parts? What has been, unconsciously and unintentionally, lost and has to be acknowledged?’

Mensen zijn altijd in ontwikkeling. Met elkaar, zonder elkaar. In families, in teams, in organisaties.
