Workshop Polarization and the (im)possible neutral
What does being neutral, or in the middle, mean from a systemic point of view? In a world which is more than ever polarized, what is happening to the middle? Could we say that, unconsciously, the pressure of moving to one side or another is increasing?
As a facilitator you have to work with polarities, in family or organizational constellations. Yin & Yang, life and death, perpetrators and victims. And of course, there are more colors on the palette. That is exactly what this exploration is about. This workshop Polarization and the (im)possible neutral is a societal exploration and a reflection on your facilitatorship.
For whom?
The Workshop Polarization and the (im)possible neutral is for anyone who is interested in life. In being human, including all sparks and shadows. And for everybody who wants to deepen their facilitator skills.
Purpose of the training
We will try and find out, what is our inner movement? We sometimes think that we know what our inner movement is, but when we let our body speak, the answer might surprise us.
And is being neutral the same as in the middle? If the answer is no, what do you, deeply, have to acknowledge? Which resources are needed to be in, to stay in, or to leave the middle? And as a facilitator; how to hold space in this field? Which position, or place, is most helpful for you and the whole?
And last but not least; is there something like ‘to go beyond’? As a citizen and as society?

In this workshop we will guide you in:
- A short systemic introduction on polarities
- An exercise in your living room
- An exercise in break out rooms
- Harvest the insights
Admission
No previous systemic training is required for this workshop.
Meetings during Covid-19 pandemic
The Bert Hellinger Institute is doing everything it can to follow government guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as best as possible. We always work as much as possible in accordance with the latest known guidelines and possibilities. When Covid regulations do not allow to have this presential training, we will cancel it. If we are allowed to do the training, but you are not allowed to travel, we will refund you.
