Workshop Trauma in organizations

For whom?

The Workshop Trauma in organizations is not aiming at specific groups. For anyone with an interest in a systemic exploration of trauma in organization this seminar might be interesting.

Purpose of the training

We speak of a trauma when a system is so overwhelmed by an event that it is not able to get back to a state in which it can develop further. Often this happens due to loss. Think of mergers, (mass) dismissal, fraud, (company) accidents, death, serious debts etc.

In the event of trauma, connections are broken and, as a result, the trauma has an effect on the entire system. Even those who come later into the organization may/will work in a system where something is not connected. At unexpected moments, this can be expressed for example in a team or organization.

Traumas tend to repeat themselves, sometimes on data from previous traumas. In this workshop we investigate traumas in organizations and the possibilities to revive growth power.

Training program

In this workshop we will use cases and discuss theory.

Admission

No previous systemic training is required for this workshop.

Meetings during Covid-19 pandemic

The Bert Hellinger Institute is doing everything it can to follow government guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as best as possible. We always work as much as possible in accordance with the latest known guidelines and possibilities. When Covid regulations do not allow to have this presential training, we will cancel it. If we are allowed to do the training, but you are not allowed to travel, we will refund you.
